Director of Development
We are looking for a smart and effective individual to manage software development, liaison with customers, and to manage the growth of the development team. Your duties will include:
- Plan projects, manage priorities and schedules
- Coordinate between developers and clients
- Maintain contact with clients, gather requirements
- Spot new sales opportunities and coordinate with sales
- Manage human resources and new hiring
- Support sales during the proposal writing phase
A successful candidate will have relevant experience in the financial sector, and familiarity with the software development process. Some travel will be required.

Flex/Actionscript Developer
We are looking for a developer to participate in the development of a new real-time trading terminal. This rich internet application (RIA) is being developed in parallel for Web and the desktop using Flex, ActionScript, and Adobe AIR.
A successful candidate will have:
- strong general programming skills
- a degree in computing
- at least 1 year experience programming Flex/Actionscript
- web development experience

C++ Developer/Financial Applications
We are looking for an outstanding programmer to help with our core development. Development is mostly done in C++, although you will also have to be proficient in C# and Python. You should have an advanced degree in computing and have worked on non-trivial software projects before. You will need to know your algorithms, work with parallelism/multithreading, and network communications.
As you will be working with our core product, you will have to have some knowledge of finance, economics, and the workings of the financial markets. It would be helpful if you have worked in the financial sector and/or have invested yourself.
